Shipping Method

For most orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™ within the UK to ensure secure and prompt delivery. This service guarantees next-working-day delivery by 1pm after dispatch.

For smaller or international orders, an alternative Royal Mail or courier service may be used. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or a similar secure courier service, depending on the destination.

Shipping rates are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

Delivery times vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Please note that customs processing may cause delays.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the United Kingdom and selected international locations.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes or mail forwarding addresses.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery for most orders. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
