Refund policy
As our products are personalised and made to order we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once the design proof has been signed off by you, the client, and moved to production.
We will not be held responsible for any errors with the design work once it has been approved by you, the client. If a reprint is required due to client error, the cost of the reprint will be the responsibility of the client.
If your order arrives and is different to the signed off proof, we will reprint your order free of charge.
If the client wishes to cancel the order, this must be requested prior to the order moving to production, before client sign off of the digital proof. A refund will be issued, minus a 30% fee of the total order cost to cover the design time.
