Ordering
How do I order?

What happens once I've placed my order?
Once your order is placed, we'll get to work creating a digital mock-up of your chosen selections and will send this over for your approval within 3-5 business days. Please refer to our order process guide for more information.
Can I make changes?
Your order comes with 2 rounds of complimentary design revisions. Once you receive your digital proof showcasing your order selections, you have 2 rounds of revisions to make any changes to wording, colour choices and paper type.
Additional rounds of revisions will then be charged at £40 per proof.
When should I order and send out my invitations?
We recommend ordering as far in advance as you can. Once you have your details booked, we suggest you start looking.
It's personal preference how far in advance you wish to send out your invitations but as a general guide we suggest:
Save The Dates - 9-12 months before the wedding date
Wedding Invitations - 4-6 months before the wedding date
Are envelopes included in my order?
Yes, premium coloured envelopes are included with all wedding invitations, postal RSVP cards and save the date cards.
How many should I order?
Remember that invitations are sent per household, not per guest.
We strongly recommend adding an additional 10 invitations at the time of ordering, for any last minute additions to your guest list and for keepsakes. Remember to keep one back for your photographer too!
Once your design has moved in to production, we cannot amend your order quantity.
Do my invitations arrive assembled?
Your invitations do not arrive assembled, they will arrive in separate bundles for you to assemble.
If you have ordered envelope liners these will come assembled with the envelopes.
If you do not wish to assemble your invitation suites yourself, our assembly service can be added to your order.
Timelines
How long does the process take from when I place my order?
Digital Print Orders: Please allow 4 weeks plus shipping.
Letterpress & Hot Foil Orders: Please allow 6-8 weeks plus shipping.
Please note this is a general guide only and actual timelines will vary based on how many rounds of revisions you require, the complexity of your order and supplier lead times for certain paper types (eg handmade).
Can you rush my order through?
Depending on how busy our schedule is we can accommodate rush orders. Please contact us directly prior to placing your order, letting us know when you need your invitations by. A 30% rush order fee will be invoiced.
Shipping
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped with special delivery and tracking will be provided via email once dispatched.
UK orders should arrive within 1-2 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on location.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re delighted to offer international shipping for our stationery! At this time, we’re unable to ship to the EU.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my order?
As all our work is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns once your order has moved in to production.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have changed your mind since placing your order and wish to cancel, you may request a cancellation up until the stage where your design goes to print. A 30% deduction will be taken from your refund to cover the design time which will have gone in to creating your digital proof.
